Delivery charge may varies with each Seller. Sellers generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller’s shipping policy.Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

The prices are solely decided by the sellers.We does not interfere in the same.There could be a possibility that the same product is sold by other sellers at different prices.  In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Convenience fee may be levied under the following circumstances:

These accounts typically return more items compared to an average user or frequently choose to not accept their shipments. We reserves the rights to levy convenience fee on customers whose return rates are higher than average and are not adhering to the liberal returns service.

If the order is lost or undelivered to the customer’s preferred location the complete order amount will be refunded.If a customer cancels / returns an order convenience fee will not be refunded. In case of partial order return convenience fee will be non-refundable irrespective of order value. Order value is calculated after applying discounts / GST.

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate request you to please make note of the pointers:

The snapshots of the packet  / products. The refund for prepaid / cash on delivery orders will be done after complete the investigation.

You may not be liable for a refund if the scenarios stated below:

Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box and adequate information about the case.If a pilferage delivery was received, claims must be made on the same day. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end. So you must not dispose of the packaging for 4 – 5 days post delivery. You have used the item for which claim was raised. In case of a component missing from a multi-component item.

COD is Available On Order of Rs. 999 and above.

Please be ensure before taking the delivery the package is not tampered and is in good condition.
